Description

The HDCS high-class, space-saving screw unit utilizes a similar power aluminium beam as the HDCB. The bend unit of the beam can ensure attachment of the ballscrew within a nominal area as well as the reduced height of the product. This unit can be used as an individual X or Z axis along with the movable component of the beam. The attachment of the grippers to the terminal position can be smoothly accomplished. 

Additionally, the side consists of a high class, individual edge type with 64mm or 95mm dia bearings as per the need of the applications. Glide lubrication is also supplied using no-maintenance cap wipers and a relubrication point for ballscrew. Moreover, the attached ballscrew measuring 25mm dia in 5mm or 10mm pitch can also be presented in an entire unit with bellows upon request.
